When you use the chat assistant, your messages are processed to generate replies. We do not ask for sensitive personal information in the chat — please don’t share it there.
We collect basic, privacy-friendly analytics about page visits to understand how the site is used.

We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare quotes, deliver the services you ask for, and improve this website. We do not sell your information.

We use trusted service providers to host this website, store requests and run the chat assistant. They process data on our behalf. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, your conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
05How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting project, and then delete or anonymise them.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time by contacting us through this website or on WhatsApp.
