01About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Sahab website. Each client project is also covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
02Prices
Every price on this site is exact and is the price you pay, in Kuwaiti dinars or US dollars as you choose, with no surcharge whichever way you pay. The price of what you selected never changes; anything new is offered as a separate, priced item you can accept or decline.
03Instalments
For Own builds priced in Kuwaiti dinars: a down payment of at least 30%, then up to 12 monthly instalments. No interest, premium or late fees, and you can pay off the balance at any time.
04Subscriptions
The minimum term is 12 months. If you leave early, you pay the monthly fee for the months left, up to a maximum of 3 months. After 6 months you can switch to owning the system, and part of what you've paid counts toward the price.
05Chat assistant
The chat assistant is an automated tool that gives general information. Its answers are not a binding quote or commitment. Confirmed details always come from our team in writing.
06Intellectual property
The content and design of this website belong to Sahab. Ownership of work we build for clients is defined in each project agreement.
07Liability
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website itself.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
